Assets: Owns an ideal pitchers' frame (6-5, 235 pounds). Can pound the bottom of the strike zone with his combination of a late-moving fastball and big, swooping curve. Generally throws a lot of strikes, with pretty good command.
Flaws: His changeup needs more work (it is clearly behind his fastball and curve) if he is to remain a starting pitcher for Major League Baseball. He also tends to lack a bit of consistency with his fastball velocity. Is not dominant.
Career Potential: Big, solid right-hander with upside.
