Kilome, 21, has a 3.12 ERA and 69:22 K:BB in his last 52 innings for Low-A Lakewood.

Kilome, 21, has a 3.17 ERA and 57 strikeouts in his last 54 innings with Low-A Lakewood.

Kilome allowed three runs on eight hits over six innings for Low-A Lakewood on Friday. He struck out five and walked one.

Low-A Lakewood pitching coach Brian Sweeney said he is working with Kilome on coordinating the mechanics of his delivery, Matt Gelb of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. "He has those long arms and legs," Sweeney said. "He's a tall kid. It's hard to get that body working together all in one piece. That's what we're trying to do. We're trying to get his legs working properly and hopefully the upper body will come along with it. It's a challenge."
