Assets: Is a tremendous defensive outfielder, equipped with the speed and range to play center field (plus a very accurate throwing arm). Also owns a fair bit of pop in his left-handed bat.
Flaws: His speed does not translate to a lot of stolen bases on offense, which minimizes his value as an everyday player. Also, he tends to strike out far too much for his level of home-run power.
