Assets: Has a nice stroke from both sides of the plate and generates plenty of line drives. Also displays a ton of versatility with the glove, which adds to his overall value to a team.
Flaws: Needs to cut down on his strikeout rate a little, because he doesn't generate enough home-run power to justify it. Must find his big-league niche (probably off the bench).
Career Potential: Versatile, depth switch-hitter.
