Assets: Has excellent hockey sense, plus great mobility from the back end. Is a very good passer with a huge point shot for the power play. Also displays all-round ability. Is sound defensively, largely because of his active stick.
Flaws: Lacks ideal size (5-11, 174 pounds) and strength for the blueline position at the National Hockey League level. Therefore, he will need to add significant bulk to better compete with much bigger forwards at the highest level.
Career Potential: Mobile, talented but diminutive defenseman with some upside.
