Assets: Owns tremendous hockey pedigree as the son of former NHL forward Tom Fitzgerald. Excels in an up-tempo system because of his excellent mobility (with and without the puck).
Flaws: Does not have ideal size for the National Hockey League, so he must get stronger to thrive as a pro. Needs to cut down on unnecessary penalties. Is not a natural power-play quarterback.
