Assets: Well-sized for the NHL net, he's impressively flexible for his size. Boasts lightning-quick reflexes, tracking the puck nicely and sliding very well laterally while in his butterfly. Flashes a strong glove hand and can snatch would-be goals from the air. Will go all out to recover and make the save, showing a flair for the acrobatic.
Flaws: He doesn't make ideal use of his size, getting low in his butterfly early in the play (often regardless of the situation). Too often gets caught off his feet early, forcing him to flop off-balance to make fairly routine stops. Doesn't fill up the net or challenge shooters enough, making him vulnerable on his blocker side.
Career Potential: Athletic, well-sized goaltender with some upside.
